i'd give up the world for them.
Once upon a time, in a far off land from here
There was a gorgeous princess, and a prince so very dear
The princess's name was 'Lady Love' and the Prince's 'Bravest Sir'
She didn’t even know the prince, but he had noticed her
He chased her down for years on end, until one day she saw him there
Then over time she grew fond of him, and started to really care
Then one day an evil man had cast a spell on his life and heart
It made him chase another one, and drove his love apart
They lived miserably apart for years, hurting to much to bare
She hated him, but he still loved her, but at that time she couldn't care
She forgot about her love, the prince, forgot about her heart
He pined all day, and sobbed all night, as they fell more and more apart
His stupidity of falling for this spell
Had left a heart-breaking predicament, as you see and tell
After the spell, the prince realized what he'd done
He cried and sobbed, but there was worse to yet come
After losing his love, he tried finding her heart once more
The trouble was something that made the prince feel incredibly very poor
After chasing her, and hunting her, she was nowhere to be found
Nowhere, no time, did she ever make a sound
Until one day he found her lying upon some hay
Breathless, skinny, covered in blood lonely she did lay
He picked her up and held her, she just lay very still
His absence has left her for her lonely kill
Once again he cries and sobs, knowing what he saw
He knelt by her side and let out a scream, now he feels quite poor
He lost everything he lived for from his own very foolish ways
That's what he has done, it’s the price he unfortunately pays
Til this day the prince still kneels by her side
Hoping that it was him who had died
He just stays by her side, morning and night
Thinking what could have been, what might
The lingering thoughts haunt him on and on forever more
Until he finds himself to die to, from his poisoned mind, until he as well is no more
The Lady Love, and Bravest Sir, lie together, two hearts broken, two lives gone
If only it had worked, and their love... it could have shone
Two lonely hearts, lost from each other, drifted to this unfortunate end
Sympathy to the both of them, is all that we can realistically send
It's a sad ending to this story I know
i'd give up the world for them.
